2. What areas do you serve?

  • Remote Online Notarization: Available to clients nationwide and internationally, as long as the signer is properly identified

  • Mobile Notarization: Available in designated service areas in New York and New Jersey

3. What forms of ID are acceptable for notarization?

  • Valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as:

  • U.S. Driver License or State ID

  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card

  • Foreign passport (in some cases)

  • U.S. Permanent Resident/Resident Alien Card

All IDs must be legible and meet state legal requirements.

4. Can you notarize documents for clients located outside the United States?

Yes! As long as:

  • The notarization is performed by us while located in NY or NJ

  • The signer can be properly identified through approved credential analysis and identity proofing technology

5. What documents require witnesses?

Some legal documents—such as wills, powers of attorney, or real estate forms—may require witnesses.
Clients are responsible for providing witnesses unless prior arrangements are made with our office.

Witness requirements vary — please confirm ahead of time.

6. What technology do I need for Remote Online Notarization?

You need:

  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone with camera and microphone

  • A reliable internet connection

  • A valid ID to pass identity verification

A test link can be sent before the session to confirm readiness.

Most sessions take 10–20 minutes, depending on the number of documents and identity verification speed.

8. How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule through our online booking page, by email, or by phone.
Rush or after-hours appointments may be available upon request.

Pricing varies depending on:

  • Number of notarizations

  • Service type (RON, mobile, standard in-office)

  • Additional services such as witness assistance or document preparation

We provide estimates upfront and transparent invoicing.

10. Do you offer Spanish-speaking services?

Yes — we are fully fluent in Spanish and can assist bilingual and Spanish-speaking clients with ease.

11. Do you keep a copy of my documents?

For RON services, we retain certain required records (journal entries and audio-video recordings), but we do not keep client documents unless necessary for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Document preparation services

All files are securely protected.

12. Do you provide legal advice?

No. We are not attorneys and cannot offer legal advice or interpret legal content. We provide notarial and administrative services only.

13. What is included in Loan Signing Services?

For loan signings, we:

  • Print and prepare loan document packages

  • Guide the signer through the execution process

  • Ensure signatures, initials, and dates are properly placed

  • Notarize required documents

  • Return completed packages securely and promptly to title/lender

We do not explain legal terms but will refer signers to their lender or agent for clarification.

14. Do you travel for loan signings?

Yes — mobile loan signings are available in designated NY/NJ service areas.
Travel fees may apply and will be disclosed in advance.

15. What are Apostille Facilitation Services?

We assist with:

  • Verifying notarization eligibility for apostille

  • Preparing required state documentation

  • Submitting and tracking the apostille request

Processing times vary by state and urgency level.

Common documents include:

  • Birth, marriage, and death certificates
