Flex Notaries LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to delivering professional and compliant notarial and document services. This Refund Policy outlines clear expectations regarding payments and eligibility for refunds.

1. Notarization Services
Once a notarization is completed, no refunds may be provided because a legal service has been fully performed.
Partial or full refunds may be considered when:

A notarization cannot be completed due to a verified technical failure on our end, and

No notarial signature or seal has been applied
Refunds are not granted when:

The signer fails identity verification or does not provide valid ID

Documents are incomplete, inaccurate, or lack witness requirements

The signer is unwilling or unable to proceed once the appointment has begun

The signer is not competent, aware, or does not consent

2. Document Preparation Services
Document preparation fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Refunds may be granted only if:

No work has been started, or
-
We are unable to complete the service for reasons outside the client’s control
Refunds are not available if:

The client fails to provide requested information or communication

A completed or partially completed document is rejected for preference-based reasons

The client changes their mind after work has started

3. Appointment Cancellations
We value your time and ours. Therefore:

Cancellation 24+ hours in advance may qualify for a refund, minus payment processing charges

Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment is non-refundable

“No-shows” or late arrivals that prevent completion are non-refundable
Rescheduling may be offered once, subject to availability.

4. Mobile/Travel Fees (if applicable)
Travel-related fees are non-refundable, even if notarization cannot be completed due to:
Invalid or missing identification
Signer unwillingness
Lack of required documents or witnesses

5. Chargebacks
Unauthorized payment disputes for completed services may result in:
Additional administrative or legal fees

Collection efforts to recover unpaid balances

Reporting to proper agencies, if applicable

6. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be emailed within 7 calendar days of the scheduled service.
